For safety and hygiene, grip or non-slip socks must be worn on all play equipment at all times. No shoes in the playground.

Children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Our staff assist but are not responsible for child supervision.

Use of playground equipment involves inherent risks including slips, falls, collisions, and injuries. By entering, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

No Outside Food or Drinks

For safety and cleanliness of our play area, no outside food or drinks are allowed in the playground. Water bottles are permitted.

No Climbing on Exterior Structures

Do not climb on exterior structures, nets, or fences. No rough play, pushing or misuse of equipment. Follow all staff instructions at all times.

Photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes and CCTV is in operation. Please inform staff upon entry if you do not wish to be included.

⚖️ Terms of Entry & Liability Waiver

1. Play at Your Own Risk — Use of the playground equipment involves inherent risks including slips, falls, collisions, and injuries. By entering the premises, all guests acknowledge and accept these risks.
2. Parent / Guardian Supervision — Children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Our staff are present to assist but are not responsible for child supervision.
3. Health & Safety Rules — Grip socks must be worn on all play equipment. No rough play or pushing. No climbing on exterior structures. Do not use equipment when unwell or injured. Follow all staff instructions at all times.
4. Liability Disclaimer — To the fullest extent permitted under New Zealand law, Wonder World, its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for: injury or accidents occurring during use of the facilities, or loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
5. Personal Belongings — All personal items are brought onto the premises at the owner's risk.
6. Photography & Media — Photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. Please inform staff upon entry if you do not wish to be included.
7. Right of Refusal — Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving in an unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate manner.
8. Cancellations & Refunds — Party room bookings cancelled 15 or more days before the party date receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7–14 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the party date are non-refundable.
9. Acceptance of Terms — By entering the premises, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Entry.
